From February 6th 2020, the europa.jobs website has a new business offer. Due to the fact that we are dealing with information overload today, we decided to meet this unfavorable trend, make life easier for our users and simplify the use of portal services as much as possible. About all changes below.
From today on our portal there are three types of ads – Standard, Comfort and Premium and the option of adding a free offer. Each advertisement has specific promotion packages. The new offer offers the possibility of using two payment models – buying an advertisement containing access to the contact details of applicants applying or adding a free advertisement and payment only for the effect – i.e. received applications (candidates’ contact details can then be bought individually or in convenient application packages).
Flexible payment system
From the moment the new offer is implemented, every employer will be able to top up their electronic purse on the portal in zlotys (or euros if they use the foreign version of the portal). After going through the intuitive process of adding an advertisement, containing only a few steps (add an advertisement, select its type, choose promotions and browse the candidates), the employer will be able to pay for it in several convenient ways – from the wallet in the portal, by card, via proforma invoice or payment gateway.
We focus on video
With the new offer, the portal becomes a place where the rule of video-first applies. Along with it, we have introduced for our clients the option of adding a job advertisement in the form of a short film. As the data indicate, this form of providing information is the most pleasant to receive for the user, which in our opinion will translate into the number of applications received, but also will help build a relationship with the recipient and the image of a reliable and committed employer. For this reason, any employer who decides to add a video offer to europa.jobs, can contact us, and we will deal with additional promotion of such an offer.
In the next phase of the portal’s development, we plan to additionally enable our candidates to add a video-CV. It is to be an alternative to traditionally sent documents, and the new form is to allow the creation of a maximally personalized application and the opportunity to “show yourself” to the employer before a potential meeting.
Six language versions and over a dozen labor markets
We are entering 2020 offering our users as many as six language versions of the portal. However, this is not all… We plan to implement two subsequent versions of the website in the first quarter of this year, and thus to enter new European markets, where our employers will be able to look for new candidates and candidates look for new away directions. This means the possibility of recruiting candidates from over a dozen European countries!

What has been distinguishing our portal for years is the unconventional approach to the possibility of promoting ads. Our options include various types of visual distinction on the list, refreshing offers, mailing campaigns and Facebook campaigns (on our international fanpages and groups) implemented by social media specialists.
